EM-Tec PJ12 Pin stub adapter for for Ø12.2mm and Ø9.5mm JEOL stubs. This stub adapter accepts up to Ø16mm cylinder stubs. Can also be used for the Hitachi Ø15mm and the Ø15mm ISI/ABT/Topcon stubs. Set screw is used to secure the SEM stubs. Overall size Ø25×19.5mm. Includes allen key._x000D_
